Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries, quotations and services provided by INDIA ECOM LTD unless other written terms are expressly agreed for a particular project or service request.

1. Services
The company provides services relating to e-commerce activity, wholesale coordination, digital support, business support administration and associated commercial handling.
2. Remote-first delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, services are delivered remotely. The company may separately quote or decline work that requires attendance, unsupported environments or broader third-party coordination.
3. On-site attendance
On-site attendance is available only by arrangement. Travel and attendance charges are additional to the service itself and are confirmed in advance wherever practical. A starting travel charge from £45 may apply.
4. Quotes and acceptance
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of review. If scope changes, access is missing or additional issues are discovered, the quote may be revised or replaced.
5. Client responsibilities
- provide accurate and complete information;
- ensure lawful authority to request work relating to accounts, systems or business processes;
- provide timely access, approvals and relevant credentials where needed;
- maintain suitable backups unless backup handling is explicitly included;
- review and approve requested changes or decisions in a timely way.
6. Fees and payment
Fees may be quoted on a one-off, staged, hourly, retainer or project basis depending on the work involved. Payment terms are set out in the relevant quote or invoice.
7. Third-party services
Where work involves third-party platforms, hosting, domains, software, marketplaces or related providers, the company is not responsible for their separate terms, fees, service levels or operational changes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability in connection with a service engagement is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
